All Discussion about Leona's 3rd Album - Expected late Summer 2011

Me three, guys. A January release of a single might signal an April album release, and I think that's a really great time to release CDs. It's months after Christmas, people are getting happy again with Spring coming in (well, it's more like Summer for me by that time, lol), but it's just a nice time of the year. I'd love a new Leona album to start my summer with!

So excited about the early release of the new single, you are right John, this will brighten up our winter months.

let's hope the new single is released in January, the most depressing & gloomy month of the year. But a Leona single, well, I will be happy for that 31 days. You bet!

According to XFactor Magazine, Leona's next single will be early 2011.

I am literally dying for this 3rd album, but you are right Bcat, we have Echo to listen to as well as Spirit and of course the tour DVD to keep up going. There seems to be some really top notch producers working on this album, and of course with Leona's brilliant vocals, I am have really high hopes. I am not worried about what genre or anything else the album will be, I just want to hear Leona sing.

Its seems to be ages since we have heard anything new from Leona. The good thing is ECHO and Spirit are there to keep us Going. I listen to them everyday and everytime I find something new, a lyric, a note, a little something that is fresh and new to your senses. Honestly no one elses music has done that to me. I love love this voice, this girl and everything about her.

Hope the recording for the third album is in full swing. Can't wait.

Love that Leona is working with Ryan - they have great chemistry together and an excellent working relationship.

Wow! Not only is it exciting to read that Leona is working with Ryan Tedder again, but I think it's just as exciting that we're actually getting some news about the album from Leona herself.

This is going to be exciting...I wonder what they can create this time?

So, so looking forward to this 3rd album, I have really great vibes about this one. The hype will be massive and will keep me going until the album arrives. I just love all the build up and everything associated with a new record. Hope it will be out next year.

I agree. It has to be a little different to display growth and, as you say, changes, but if she goes too different, there will be loads of haters running around, saying she's just trying to be "popular"...

Maybe this Gaga/Ke$ha/Etc. craze will have died down by the time Leona's third album comes not; not that I don't think she can match those ladies, cuz she can, but the general public is a bit numbed to much of anything else lately, really. Hmmm.

I am very excited for the Tour DVD! And they could do something great with the Echo Rerelease if they really tried. It doesn't have to be extravagant with a new single and promo, it just has to be done correctly.

I just love when Leona is around and kind of still "relevant".

I know how you feel Kristen. It is a long wait, but we have the Tour DVD to look forward to and maybe an Echo Deluxe release.

I can't wait for this album. I hope we don't have to wait till next Summer to get it. Seriously, anything after February, and I'm going to experience withdrawals.

It's a little too early for this, but I kind of want another one-word title, do you? I think it's neat and Leona finds ways to summarize an entire album in a succinct word, I love it.
